MATCH REPORT

Despite the chilly start to yesterday a team from Caterham came to Bromley for a friendly match. We played three rounds of doubles under the new advantage rules and nearly every match was closely fought until the 13 th, and some cases the 14th hoop! The standard of play was very good with players from both sides playing some amazing shots. The Bromley team eventually emerged the winners by 6 matches to 3 but the result hardly seemed to matter as everyone enjoyed the day with our friends from Caterham. Lunch and tea were very happy affairs.
