MATCH REPORT

BROMLEY V SYDENHAM 28TH AUGUST 2023

Today Bank Holiday Monday Bromley played against Sydenham.

Unfortunately, we were trounced by them today 8 games out of 9. However, we kept our spirits up and played our best.

Luckily no showers descended on us and we had some bursts of sunshine.

Michael and Caroline were the only pair to win their game. Caroline in other games played two super shots into the hoop from a distance.

It was great to see Martin after his spell in hospital, he came to watch the games and cheer us on, what a great effort on his behalf.

Valerie prepared a beautiful lunch and dessert as usual not forgetting the amazing cake with blueberries on top really delicious.

Many thanks to all who played today and when we play Sydenham again I'm sure it will be our turn to beat them.
