AC League match vs. Merton 24/6/23

this was always going to be an interesting match as, whilst we were turning up with three players of handicaps 9/10/14 - their team had handicaps of -0.5, 3, and 9. This meant that whatever the pairings in the 4 games, there was the prospect of a substantial number of bisques to be played in our favour.

In two of the games, our team pegged out leaving Merton with just 2 or 4 hoops to their name. The other two games were closer, 20 hoops to 14, and a nail-biting 21 to 20 in the last singles.

Result: Merton 0 Bromley 4
